David and his crew did an excellent job replacing my driveway. The finished product looks great, the project was completed on schedule, and communication throughout the process was outstanding.
What really impressed me was their customer service after the job was completed. I noticed an issue with a fence post adjacent to the driveway and reached out to David. He responded right away and is coming back to take care of it without any hassle. It’s clear that he stands behind his work and genuinely cares about his customers.
It’s not hard to find someone who can pour concrete. It’s much harder to find a contractor who is professional, responsive, and willing to make things right when concerns come up. David and his team checked all of those boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will definitely be calling them for future projects

I’m writing this review to share a serious concern about this company's hiring practices and complete disregard for health and safety regulations.
While performing concrete work on a neighboring property, one of their workers began cutting concrete directly beside my home without using any dust control (water) or protective measures. The silica dust which is known to be extremely harmful when inhaled was blowing directly into my house through open windows. This is a clear violation of OSHA regulations and shows blatant disregard for the health of others nearby.
I approached the worker to explain that what he was doing was both illegal and unsafe. He didn’t understand a word I was saying until I spoke to him in Spanish.
To make matters worse, when they were done with the concrete work, they rinsed off their tools and left a mess in the street gutter. The cement runoff is another example of their lack of respect for the surrounding environment and neighborhood.
Afterward, I spoke with David Huntley in person on-site about the incident. While he acknowledged my concerns, there was no follow-up, no apology, and no attempt to clean up or mitigate the dust contamination.
Furthermore, When I expressed concern about safety concerns about his non-english speaking crew. He became defensive and then he claimed they are working under a visa, which raises major concerns about whether this company is properly vetting its workers and complying with labor and immigration laws or simply using the “visa” excuse to hire undocumented labor off the books.
This company is cutting corners in ways that are not only unethical but outright dangerous. If you care about safety, cleanliness, or the law, I strongly suggest you stay far away from this operation.

The Good
I choose Quality Concrete because they were the only bid I received that could do concrete and landscaping. Also, Dave worked with me to provide a reasonable price. Jorge and crew were friendly and highly efficient. They cleared and leveled my entire back yard, disposed of old deck framing, removed two tree stumps, laid grass seed, straw, set forms, and compacted class 5 for an 18'X 34' patio, plus a sidewalk and shed pad in a single day. Then took another half day to pour and finish the concrete. Dave was easy also easy to work to work with, on time, and responsive on the front end and through the job. The yard looked great and was a major change. The concrete patio looks pretty good with exception to "the bad".
The Not So Good
A few dozen leaves and leaf particles were brushed into the finish of the concretes So rightfully, I am concerned about future pitting. We have spots with leaf impressions, and spots where the leaves/debris under a thin layer of concrete will eventually chip away. Two days after the patio was done, which was a Monday, Dave came over to receive payment along with a worker who laid straw over the neighbor's yard where the bobcat tore up the grass. I also asked that he clean up splattered concrete on my garage service door and trim, which was not completed, in addition to fixing the neighbors edging that was damaged when they went through his yard with a bobcat. Once the worker left, my neighbor notified me that his edging had not been repaired to his satisfaction. I called Dave back in the early afternoon that day, informed him about the edging, the concrete splatter on the door/trim, and the leaves in the concrete. Dave promised to be out Tuesday morning to address my concerns. He did not show up Tuesday morning and I called him in the early afternoon to see when he would be out. When we spoke I expressed my displeasure that he failed to let me know that he would not make it. I told him I would understand if he was unable to make the prearranged time and would appreciate him letting me know if unable to be there when he said. He stated he would come out Wednesday morning. The following day he didn't show and I messaged him to inquire if he would be out or not and he responded around 5pm that his crew was still working and he would plan for Thursday at 1pm. I sent Dave a message on Thursday shortly after. noon asking if he was on track for 1pm. He failed to respond and I sent him a follow-up message stating my displeasure with him continuing to not show up when stated. I didn't hear back from Dave for just over 24 hours until Friday. In the afternoon he messaged, "Sorry we didn't make another trip over there yet. We definitely will on Monday." Monday morning, I texted Dave around 9:30am to inquire if/when he would be out and heard nothing back all day until I had finally had enough of being blown off and posted a highly critical review. Once posted, Dave sent me multiple messages I feel should have more professional and tactful.
Kudos to Jorge who I understand was the driving force behind coming back and repairing the edging and trying to make it right.
This experience was pretty good until the end and really could have been avoided with some better communication and timeliness.
I believe Dave cares about the business and the quality in their work, but came up short this time. And his many communications post review could certainly have been better. Hopefully lessons learned.
My lesson is to make sure everything is complete to satisfaction before settling up.

The best concrete/paver/retaining wall company! Dave and Jorge were the best to work with. Amazing crew and extremely fair pricing! They completed my driveway, front stoop, retaining wall and back patio paver in a week! They also did some landscaping. Highly recommend!

Dave and his team did an outstanding job on our patio and were great to work with. We were having a hot tub delivered soon so they went above and beyond to squeeze us into their busy schedule, and did it the Monday after we reached after them. The owner and team went above and beyond for our stamped concrete patio, steps and cement for future shed. They were responsive and took the time to go through all the details including working with us when we decided to also install a gazebo to make sure all details were done right! The patio looks amazing and we’re getting so many compliments! We absolutely love it in our backyard to enjoy and can’t thank them enough for the quality work and amazing customer service. Dave and his team were a great value and got the job done in less time than I imagined. I was so happy with the initial quote I had them do some extra. They made sure that everything was right even after the initial work was complete. I would definitely have them back for another job and have recommended them to neighbors as well.

I had a small strip of area that I wanted to concrete (22'x3') next to my garage by the alley. I called around quite a few places and was quotes 3-4k due to minimums for jobs. I called Quality Concrete and they were able to lump me in on another job that was just down the block and were able to do the job for half the price of others, which was amazing. They did a great job and it only took them a couple hours one afternoon. I'd absolutely consider Quality Concrete again!

Great contractor local to St Louis Park. Was responsive and timely with coming out to schedule a bit, returning the bid, scheduling the work and completing the work. Excellent quality work also - the crew works incredibly hard and definitely knows what they are doing.
